The Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation will support free legal aid projects and recovery consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Corporation announced on the 11th that it had signed a business agreement with the Korea Legal Aid Corporation and decided to jointly support the recovery of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
According to the agreement, when legal support for litigation, personal rehabilitation, and bankruptcy is required in the course of counseling for recovery support for small and medium-sized enterprises, Joong-JinGong will hand over to the Legal Aid Corporation to receive legal advice and support from litigation representatives. It also covers litigation costs and attorney’s fees.
The target of support is small business owners or small business owners whose income is below 125% of the median income. Supported cases include the law on civil cases related to commercial activities (excluding cases related to labor relations) and personal bankruptcy such as personal rehabilitation or bankruptcy.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who need support due to personal rehabilitation or bankruptcy cases who are not eligible for free legal aid due to reasons such as exceeding the median income requirement can receive partial government support through mid-vacuum recovery consulting.
To apply for free legal aid for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), please contact the Ministry of Medium and Vacuum Re-Leap Growth (055-751-9635) or the field departments of 134 Legal Aid Corporations nationwide. “Small and medium-sized enterprises are highly likely to fall into a business crisis due to delayed collection of receivables or disputes with customers, so policy support is needed to prevent legal crises,” said an official from the Corporation. It will help prevent crises in the process.”
