Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs, commented on the celebration of International Children’s Day, saying: “There are millions of children in Egypt and there are a large number of births in Egypt every year,” noting that the Egyptian government and state take care of the child before his birth. .

Taj El-Din added, in a telephone interview to the “Hadrat Al-Citizen” program on “Al-Hadath Al-Youm” satellite channel, on Saturday evening, that there is care for the expectant mother to check on the safety of the mother and the child, and cases that occur to the child at birth, saying: “If we take preventive and precautionary precautions, we will clean the child from Too many problems.”

He continued: “The first child when he is born takes a drop of blood from the Kaaba to ensure the safety of secretions from the thyroid gland, so that the child does not have stunting and his growth is not normal. Follow-up to motherhood and childhood is very important and helped protect the child from very many things,” stressing: “A protocol is followed in all cases, In the case of a lack of glandular secretions in the child, he is given the necessary hormones to prevent all of this, which is what is given to the child in the first month of birth, otherwise it will not be of any use after that, so it has become a routine part.
