An official move from “Consumer Protection” regarding the quarrel with Vodafone

Today, Saturday, the Consumer Protection Agency announced that it had summoned a representative of Vodafone for mobile services, to investigate the company’s customer service policy.

Vodafone Egypt said in a statement posted on its Facebook page, commenting on the fistfight that took place between a customer and customer service employees in one of the branches, that a report was issued regarding the incident, then the parties reconciled, apologized from both sides and took the necessary measures.

The company added that Vodafone’s management does not accept any abuse of customers under any circumstance, and this incident is being investigated to take the necessary measures.

A number of social media pioneers circulated a video clip of an exchange of fistfights between a customer and Vodafone customer service employees.
