The trial of 8 defendants in the “ISIS Helwan cell” completed today

Circuit 5 “terrorism” Cairo Criminal Court, held today, Sunday, is considering the trial of 8 accused of “ISIS Helwan cell”.

The trial is headed by Counselor Mohamed Al-Saeed Al-Sherbiny, and the membership of the advisors is Wagdy Abdel Moneim, and Dr. Ali Emara.

The case includes 8 defendants, 5 of whom are imprisoned. At the head of the defendants is the accused founder of the organization, Ahmed Ayman, who established a cell in the Helwan area affiliated with the terrorist organization ISIS, and the accused traveled abroad and trained in the use of weapons and hostilities.

The Public Prosecution charged the fifth defendant, Abdul Rahman Sayed, with charges of possession of a firearm, while the seventh defendant was arrested with the referral order, ammunition.
