Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, a spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education, said that the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities to require vaccination for students to enter the end of the first semester exam is final, after providing many opportunities for students to obtain the vaccine.

Abdel Ghaffar added, during a telephone interview with the “Good Morning Egypt” program broadcast on Channel One today, Tuesday, that medical teams are still present in all universities to obtain the vaccine for free, and that a set of Pfizer vaccines has been provided to students under 18 years of age, in coordination with The Ministry of Health, pointing out that these students are estimated at 60,000 students.

He pointed out that the student can submit a PCR certificate proving that he is not infected with the Corona virus, in the event that there are real medical obstacles that prevent the student from obtaining the vaccine, with the aim of achieving safety and security for the entire university education system.
