The Directorate of Manpower in Menoufia has graduated 90 male and female trainees who have successfully completed their training in the mobile unit for vocational training of the Ministry of Manpower and the Directorate, in Kafr Ashma in the Martyrs Center, in cooperation with the Council of the Martyrs Center and City, on the professions of detailing, sewing, electrical work and plumbing work.
Ali Hamed Al-Zaqam, director of the directorate, said in a statement, today, Thursday, that this comes within the framework of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi’s “Decent Life” initiative to improve the standard of life of citizens, especially in communities and regions most in need, as well as the “Your profession is your future” initiative launched by the Minister of Manpower. To raise and develop the efficiency and skill of the Egyptian worker.
At the end of the ceremony, the director of the directorate handed the male and female trainees certificates of graduation and completion of training, in the presence of Magdi Riad, head of the Martyrs Center and City Council.
The director of the directorate indicated that the ceremony was attended by representatives of business owners and factories of “Needle Craft for Ready-made Garments” in the Free Zone in Shebin El-Kom City, “Town Team for Ready-made Garments”, and “Giza for Spinning and Weaving” in Sadat City. The professions that were trained, and the salaries ranged from 2000 pounds to 5500 pounds, according to experience and efficiency, with the provision of transportation back and forth, as well as a nursery for the children of female workers at the expense of the company.
The factory owners expressed their willingness to accommodate all numbers wishing to work and provide them with benefits and facilities in appreciation of the role provided by the Ministry of Manpower in training young people for the professions required in the labor market using the latest devices and equipment and the best methods and means of training.
The ceremony was attended by the representative of the Projects Development Fund at the City Council to assist those wishing to create their own projects by providing soft loans at a simple interest rate and with simplified procedures to encourage young people wishing to open new projects.
The ceremony was also attended by Ibrahim Mashhout, Director of the Employment Research Department, Mahmoud Zeidan, Director of the Menouf Work Zone, Mustafa Kahli, Director of Vocational Training, Ola Al-Baz, Director of Internal Operations, Ahmed Abdel Qader, Director of the Martyrs’ Labor Department, and Enas Mohie, Director of the Women’s Affairs Department at the City Council.
