Corona strikes the Israeli army and stops its reserve training

The Israeli army decided to stop reserve exercises due to the spread of the Corona virus, after it was announced yesterday, Monday, that two senior generals had contracted the virus.

And the Israeli Channel 7 said, in a tweet via “Twitter”, that “due to infection: the Israeli army stops reserve exercises.”

As of yesterday, Monday, more than 5,000 cases of corona were recorded among the Israeli army.

The military said that all of the soldiers, officers and civilian employees of the Israeli army who tested positive showed mild symptoms.

It was also announced that the head of the Directorate of Manpower in the Israeli army, Major General Yaniv Ashur, and the military liaison officer with the Palestinians, Major General Ghassan Alyan, had contracted the Corona virus.
