Meta, the parent company of the Facebook social networking site, decided to postpone its plans to return employees to work from the office, and indicated that it will require those who return to receive a booster dose of vaccines against the Corona virus (Covid-19).

Employees are scheduled to return to their offices on March 28, a company spokeswoman said. Meta had already announced last summer that it would require its returning employees to receive coronavirus vaccines.

Meta employees will be able to claim to work from home permanently, or they can apply to extend their work-from-home period for an additional period of three to five months.

“We are focused on making sure that our employees continue to have choices about where they work in the current COVID-19 situation,” Janelle Galle, Meta Vice President of Human Resources, said in a statement. About the workplace, so we give them more time to choose which situation is best for them.”
