Giza Governorate said that it is continuing efforts to remove encroachments on state property and agricultural lands.

According to today’s statement, Major General Ahmed Rashid, the Governor of Giza, assigned the heads of neighborhoods, centers and cities to monitor any violations or infringements, stressing that the governorate, with all its relevant agencies, resolutely confronts attempts to infringe on agricultural lands and state property, stop the violating construction, impose the prestige of the law, and continuously follow up the removal operations and stop the depletion of the plot. agricultural and conservation.

The Giza Governorate removed 95 cases promising to build on state property lands in the Al-Ayat centers, Atfih and the Qanater facility, and included the Al-Ayyat center and city removing 45 cases promising to build on state property land with an area of ​​2,505 square meters in the village of Jerza belonging to the local unit in Al-Qatouri. The legal procedures, in addition to the fact that the center and city of the Qanater facility, in cooperation with the irrigation of the Delta Barrages, implemented (45) decisions to remove encroachments on state lands with an area of ​​11,825 square meters in the village of Al-Jalatmeh.

Atfih center and city also removed 5 cases of encroachment on state property lands in the village of al-Qubabat on an area of ​​2000 square meters in al-Mahd.

The Kerdasa Center removed a basement that was erected in violation in the Garana area, in addition to the removal of the foundations for building without a permit in Ezbet al-Nakhl in Ezbet al-Nakhl.

According to the statement, cases of violations are being followed up and monitored, and any violation will be immediately removed and all legal measures will be taken.
