April 9.. Hasan Malik’s appeal against his two-year prison sentence completed

Today, Sunday, the Economic Court in Cairo decided to postpone the appeal submitted by Brotherhood businessman Hassan Malek to a two-year prison sentence on charges of conducting banking business without a license to the next April 9 session.

The court had sentenced Brotherhood businessman Hassan Ezz El-Din Youssef Malik, Najdat Yahya Ahmed Bassiouni, Faris Sayed Mohamed Abdel-Gawad, and Mohamed Mounajed Metwally Khalifa to two years with labor and a bail of 5,000 pounds to temporarily suspend the execution.
